Requirements:
- You can work virtually from home without distractions
- You can speak English fluently
- You are able to sound confident while talking to customers
- You are jovial and friendly
- Your written English is good
- You have a good grasp of how to use Excel/Google Sheet for simple data entry
- You are personally self-driven, self motivated and creative
- You are disciplined and honest
- You live in Lagos State
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Having a laptop is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels (Whatsapp, Email, Social Media Comments)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
SALARY RANGE: N70,000 With Commissions
Base Salary: you will be offered a basic salary of N70,000 monthly for a start
Commissions: Bonuses are based on performance.
- Meeting target involves an additional 20,000 Naira bonus(N90,000 in total)
- Exceeding target attracts another 20,000 Naira bonus(N110,000 in total)
WORK DAYS: Mondays to Saturdays. With Saturday being a half day
